CORIOmaster & CORIOgrapher Help
I can't log in securely to CORIOgrapher™
What's the problem?
When I select Secure and try to log in, I get an error message.
Why does this happen?
Your CPU module might not have a Real Time Clock (RTC) installed. CORIOmaster units purchased from 2019 include an RTC.
If your CPU module includes an RTC, it might not have generated a secure certificate.
What to do
Check if you have an RTC installed.
- Clear the Secure option and log in to CORIOgrapher.
-
Select > Networking.
If you see error message You cannot set the time on a device that does not have a real time clock, your CPU does not have an RTC installed.
If you do not see the error message, generate a secure certificate.
-
From Networking, select Secure connection.
-
Select Save > Save.
CORIOmaster restarts.
-
Select Secure and log in.
If your CPU module does not include an RTC, purchase a new CPU.
- If you have a CORIOmaster, ask your distributor for part number cm‑c3‑540‑cpu‑https
- If you have a CORIOmaster mini, ask your distributor for part number cm‑c3‑510‑cpu‑https
- If you have a CORIOmaster micro, ask your distributor for part number cm‑c3‑503‑cpu‑https
With your new CPU, generate a secure certificate.
