I can't hear any audio
What's the problem?
I am trying to play audio but I can't hear it, or the sound is poor.
Why does this happen?
- You might be listening to the wrong input
- The source or output might be muted, or the audio input level is turned down too low
- The audio from a media item might not be compatible with your Streaming media and 4K playback input module.
- There might be a loose connection or problem with your audio device.
What to do
Select the source you want to listen to
- Press AUDIO.
- Press a button from 1 to 8.

From CORIOgrapher > Dashboard, check if the output or a source is muted.

Check if the audio input level is turned down

From CORIOgrapher > Dashboard, select the bubble playing the source you want to check. The source is the number in the yellow circle.

- From Properties, select Input Settings.

Check the position of the audio level slider.
- Slide to the right to increase audio input.
- Slide to the left to reduce audio input.
If your are playing media from a Streaming media and 4K playback input module, check the format of your media items:
- The Streaming media and 4K playback input module only supports .mp3 and .aac formats.
- If your media items are not supported, consider converting them.
- Restart your CORIOview.
- Check all hardware connections.
- Check that your audio device is working. Try connecting a different source.

Make sure you have the latest firmware and software.
