What's the problem?
- In CORIOdiscover, I have an error message that tells me one or more of my Streaming media and 4K playback input modules failed to update.

In CORIOgrapher™ I have an error message that tells me the firmware of my Streaming media and 4K playback input module failed to update. The module status is UPDATEFAILED.
Why does this happen?
- There was an error when you updated the firmware of your CORIOview™.
- The firmware download might be corrupted.
- There is a problem with a module.
What to do

Restart your CORIOview.

In CORIOgrapher, select
> Module Configuration. -
For each Streaming media and 4K playback input module, select
> Configure and check the status.

Download the firmware update again.
Make sure you download the correct version.
- Repeat the firmware update.
